Flynn has been in digital marketing since 2012, beginning his career in sales and growth-focused roles before becoming an agency owner. He has served as Director of Entelech, with agency operations spanning Australia, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
Over more than a decade, Flynn has delivered marketing services, business consulting, and sales consulting to clients across a wide range of industries. He brings deep expertise in digital strategy, lead generation, and scaling client outcomes from initial campaign through to closed investment or sale.
Flynn oversees all digital marketing execution, campaign strategy, and technology stack at MF Energy Ventures.
Michael brings over 25 years of international business experience across multiple industries. He spent 12 years as Manager at All Worlds Export Ltd overseeing export operations and international business development, before moving into property and finance with Powerhouse Properties and Powerhouse Developments, where he led capital raising, property sales, and development project management.
Michael also founded and operated Fourstroke Enterprises Co Ltd, specialising in vehicle importation, sales, and capital raising. He has served in international coordination and consulting roles across several ventures, and for the past seven years has been CEO of Strahlhorn Management Co Ltd.
Michael leads business consulting, sales strategy, and investor relations at MF Energy Ventures.
